Major Accomplishments:  Hired as a Project Manager for two strategic projects:  Offsite Storage and Next Generation OPAC.  Determined best software for Next Generation OPAC, purchased and implemented with team.  Offsite Storage analysis and options were completed and recommendations sent to the Chancellor and Board of Trustees.  After six months was asked to create a new department that would run all projects and programs and would consolidate and centralize the information into one location so that it was accessible by management to assist them in making decisions more information based.
